Hello newcomer! Welcome to my new blog, lukeshadwell.com.
I’ve decided to go with pictures of coffee for my site because of my love for caffeine. In fact I’m not sure this site would’ve been created had it not been for the two cappuccinos I made this morning. They helped me power through writing a little code to generate a random picture of coffee that I took from my server, and now all I have to do is drag and drop my coffee photos into a folder for them to show up here, for all to enjoy! So what’s this blog for? Frankly I’m not entirely sure. I just know that a lot of what I’ve written in the past has been very fragmented, some of it on medium, some of it on RTrack where applicable, and some of it just doesn’t get written because I don’t have anywhere to put it. I plan on putting more opinion related/ analysis pieces on here, with my own insights and views – mainly concerning Roblox and that space (if you’re the head of a large VC or a journalist reading this, pretend I said ‘investigating and sharing insights into the coming metaverse’), so expect more of that type of thing here. An example of what I plan to post here would be the article I wrote on RTrack a couple of months ago The next battle for the Roblox Metaverse: A return to normal.
